A/ Temperature Control

1, Adsorption temperature: The adsorption performance of carbon molecular sieves is significantly affected by temperature. Generally speaking, low temperatures are conducive to the adsorption process. At normal or lower temperatures, carbon molecular sieves have a larger adsorption capacity for certain gases and better adsorption effects.

2, Desorption temperature: The desorption process requires an increase in temperature to enable the adsorbed gas molecules to obtain sufficfnient energy to desorb from the pores of the carbon molecular sieve. The desorption temperatures vary for different gas and carbon molecule systems.

B/ Pressure Control

1, Adsorption pressure: Increasing the adsorption pressure is beneficial for the adsorption of gases on carbon molecules. Higher pressure can make it easier for gas molecules to enter the pores of carbon molecular sieves, increasing the adsorption capacity and adsorption rate.

2, Desorption pressure: During the desorption process, the pressure needs to be reduced to shift the adsorption equilibrium towards the desorption direction. By reducing the pressure to atmospheric pressure or negative pressure, the adsorbed gas can be released from the carbon molecular sieve, achieving the regeneration of the carbon molecular sieve.
