Gas is a key raw material in industrial production. From semiconductor nitrogen to medical and metallurgical oxygen, purity and stability are critical to performance and safety.


Efficient gas separation and impurity removal rely on advanced adsorption materials such as carbon molecular sieve, lithium molecular sieve, and 3A/4A/5A/13X zeolite sieves, forming a complete industrial gas purification system.


1. Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS)

In Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generation, the core challenge is separating nitrogen from air. Carbon molecular sieve plays a decisive role in system performance.

Unlike conventional zeolite adsorbents, carbon molecular sieve operates based on the kinetic effect. At the microscopic level, oxygen molecules diffuse much faster than nitrogen molecules.

When compressed air passes through the CMS bed, oxygen molecules rapidly enter the micropores and are preferentially adsorbed, while nitrogen molecules, due to slower diffusion, pass through the bed and are collected as product gas. This enables efficient nitrogen–oxygen separation.


2. Lithium Molecular Sieve & sodium Molecular Sieve for Oxygen Generation

If carbon molecular sieve is the foundation of nitrogen generation, then sodium & lithium molecular sieve represents a technological upgrade in oxygen production.

Oxygen production typically relies on zeolite molecular sieve that preferentially adsorb nitrogen due to its stronger quadrupole moment, allowing oxygen to pass through.

Our lithium molecular sieve features a high silica-alumina ratio and a unique crystal structure, providing significantly higher nitrogen adsorption capacity.

3A: “dehydration specialist” for ethanol and cracking gas systems, selectively adsorbing water while avoiding co-adsorption.

4A: Removes moisture and small polar impurities such as methanol, ethanol, and H₂S, commonly used in air pre-treatment systems.

5A: Enables separation of normal and iso-paraffins, and is widely used in cracking gas desulfurization and decarbonization.

13X: High adsorption capacity for deep purification and broad removal of impurities in industrial gas systems.
