PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen generator is a reliable solution for industrial oxygen production. Using advanced molecular sieve technology, it separates oxygen from nitrogen in compressed air to deliver high-purity oxygen efficiently.
How It Works?
Compressed air is first cleaned through a filtration and drying system to remove moisture, oil, and impurities. It then enters dual adsorption towers filled with molecular sieve — special materials that selectively adsorb nitrogen. Because nitrogen is adsorbed much faster than oxygen, the result is oxygen with a purity of ≥93%.
After a short cycle (8–12 minutes), the tower undergoes regeneration: pressure is reduced and nitrogen is desorbed using a vacuum pump. Towers alternate automatically, allowing continuous oxygen output.
