Plastic packing is a tower packing made of heat and chemical resistant plastics, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). It has the characteristics of large void ratio, low pressure drop and mass transfer unit height, high flooding point, full gas-liquid contact, small specific gravity and high mass transfer efficiency. The use temperature in various media is 60-150 degrees Celsius, widely used in petroleum, chemical, chlor-alkali, gas, environmental protection and other industries in the packing tower.
