1. Characteristics of lithium molecular sieve

Lithium molecular sieve is a high-efficiency molecular sieve composed of silicate with a specific crystal structure. It uses lithium ions to selectively adsorb and separate oxygen molecules in the pores. Compared with ordinary molecular sieves, lithium molecular sieves can adapt to different gas particle sizes and molecular adsorption capacities by controlling particle spacing and adjusting pore size, thus having higher gas adsorption capacity and better selectivity.

2. Characteristics of ordinary molecular sieves

Ordinary molecular sieve is a porous polymer material composed of metal oxides such as silicate and alumina. In the molecular sieve channels, only molecules smaller than their molecular size will be adsorbed. The pore size of ordinary molecular sieves is fixed and cannot selectively adsorb different gas particle sizes, so efficient separation cannot be achieved.

3. The difference between lithium molecular sieve and ordinary molecular sieves

1. Different gas selectivity capabilities: Lithium molecular sieve can selectively adsorb oxygen molecules by cooperating with lithium ions to prevent other gases such as nitrogen and carbon dioxide from being adsorbed; while ordinary molecular sieves cannot achieve this selective adsorption.

2. Differences in gas adsorption capacity: Lithium molecular sieve have higher gas adsorption capacity and can efficiently adsorb oxygen molecules from the air to achieve the effect of oxygen generation; while ordinary molecular sieves have limited gas adsorption capacity, making them unable to  For use in oxygen generation applications.

3. Different structures: Lithium molecular sieve have a more complex crystal structure, and the pore size and particle spacing can be adjusted to adapt to different particle sizes and adsorption capacities of different gases; while ordinary molecular sieves have simpler structures and smaller pore sizes. The size is fixed and cannot selectively adsorb different gas particle sizes.

4. Application areas

Lithium molecular sieve are mainly used in oxygen generators, fuel cells and other fields in the medical industry, and have broad application prospects; while ordinary molecular sieves are mainly used in organic synthesis, pharmaceuticals, air purification and other fields.
